01 · Project

Homer’s Odyssey is a long-form cinematic project developed through research, visual world-building and sequence-based production.

The project begins with the Homeric epic while building its cinematic world through a disciplined distinction between literary tradition, historical inquiry and visual interpretation.

Development proceeds progressively. Individual sequences may become public before the completed feature exists, allowing the film’s evolution to remain visible without reducing the project to any single release.

02 · Research & Historical Framework

The Odyssey is the literary foundation of the project. Historical reconstruction, however, is treated as a separate research problem.

The production will distinguish between Homeric narrative, mythic tradition, archaeological evidence and historically defensible material culture rather than treating the epic as a literal documentary record.

03 · Production System

AIS Film Production Unit — 5-Minute Sequence System

The feature is developed through individually constructed cinematic sequences.

Each sequence may be researched, produced, reviewed and published as a coherent unit before becoming part of the assembled feature.

The sequence system allows the final film to grow progressively while preserving the production history of its component works.
