Identity / Origin / Provenance
Identity is part of the work.
AIS.STUDIO maintains an evolving architecture for digital identity, authorship and provenance — connecting creators, works, publications and canonical records across time.

03 / Provenance Architecture
A work can carry its history.
Every canonical work may carry its own identity, master asset, derivatives, publication history and provenance record.
Work Record Components
Asset Identity
A persistent internal identity for the canonical work or asset.
Master Asset
The designated canonical source asset.
Derivatives
Website, social, preview or other authorised versions derived from the master.
Publication Record
The documented relationship between the work and its public release.
SHA-256 Integrity
File-level integrity evidence when established.
External Signatures
Cryptographic signature evidence when explicitly established.
IPFS / Distributed Storage
Public distributed storage references when explicitly asserted.
Canonical Archive
The evolving AIS.STUDIO record connecting identity, work, publication and provenance.
04 / Verification Language
Verification has a vocabulary.
AIS.STUDIO distinguishes between records that are established, verified, externally signed, publicly archived or not yet asserted. These states are not interchangeable.
Established
A provenance or integrity record exists within the canonical AIS.STUDIO archive.
Verified
The stated evidence has been checked against the referenced asset or record.
Externally Signed
A cryptographic signature has been explicitly established and referenced for the relevant asset or record.
Publicly Archived
A public archival reference has been established for the relevant asset or record.
Not Asserted
No public claim is being made for that field.
05 / Canonical Archive
The archive is not the end of the work.It is its memory.
AIS.STUDIO preserves canonical relationships between works, identities, publications and provenance records so that authorship can remain legible as the creative universe evolves.
